Stand still and breathe. Keeping your feet on the ground, move your torso in different directions. After a minute, slow down until you can't feel wether you are moving or not. Now place one hand just above the pubic bone and the other hand on the chest. Discover the agency of these two body sections and move the shoulders, the back, or the hips. How do they affect each other? Test the flexibility and connectivity of your own body, feel your own anatomy. How far can you bring your hands apart? And what is the closest you can get them together? Eventually, let go of the hands and find a groove, keeping in mind that relation.
