The ‘Wunderfrage’ is a classic coaching question in which someone is asked to envision the outcome of a process. One can help the other imagine a scenario in which there was a showing moment among peers at the end of a creative process, where you are having a drink and looking back at the journey. Now, what has happened in the process? Or what did you show? What are you taking away from it all?
The answer to these questions can vary between concrete deliverables, to vague acquiered feelings or skills. The next step would be to try to visualise that success moment by for example, drawing it out. Visualising a moment of success helps to sense what the desired outcome might be.
