After warming up the body with several movement exercises, one can start by showing the others how they used to bake bread (or any other activity), physically showing every step of the baking process. The others mirror the actions. Now it's up to the one who's showing, to ask someone else: Can you show me how you ...?
Now one can choose more generic questions, referring to the every day such as: Can you show me how you do your job? Can you show me how you'd get up in the morning? Can you show me how you'd cook your favourite meal? Or tied to a specific information/situation: Can you show me how you sailed that boat? Can you show me how you sow those clothes? Can you show me how you practice your music?
Besides asking the questions verbally, talking can be either allowed to describe the actions, or not, pushing participants to be more accurate in their bodily descriptions. Use the space and have fun.
